About Troop 7
| Troop 7 was first chartered January 1977 and has had a long tradition. Troop 7 is now 34 years old and is proud to say that has recently celebrated the 76th Eagle Scout in our Troops History. Seventy-five Eagle Scouts have earned their Eagle Scout Rank while in Troop 7 and countless other boys who started Scouting Trail in Troop 7 have obtained their Eagle Scout in other Troops throughout the country. |
| Troop 7 currently consists of around 25 boys and 40 adult leaders. Troop 7 has always been gifted with a VERY large number of adult leaders that are willing to give of their time to help out the boys. With our large number of adult leaders, we have been gifted with a very wide variety of professions allowing Troop 7 to offer the majority of the merit badges from Merit Badge Counselors in the Troop. |
Troop 7 Meeting Time
Troop 7 meets every Tuesday night at 7:00pm when school is in session (except we don't meet when Springfield Public Schools is closed), and in the summer we meet every Tuesday unless we are at Summer Camp.
Troop 7 Committee
